Que tal... realiza un format data primero y luego los wipes... si aun persiste realiza el software y por ultimo resolda o reemplaza el IC de WIFI. Tambien puedes verificar si es ic que esta fallando con este codigo *#*#4636#*#*, entras en wifi status y verificas el RSSI, fijate si tiene numeros negativos, luego le das a refresh stats para vericar si te da algun network ID momentaneo o algun IP, si es el IC no te marcara señal de wifi o DB por ningun lado.
