amigo tiene un daño en la memoria EMMC no le pierda el tiempo o intentarlo formatear por recovery

lo estas haciendo via recovery, o por el sp-fastool debes especificar eso, mano ya que si es por recovery es emmc y si es por sp- Flashtool existen otros medios para ver si hay solucion
